Bluewater Bay, a planned, family-friendly development, is a community situated along the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. Located 5 minutes southeast of Niceville and just 15 minutes via the Mid-Bay Bridge from Destin and Miramar Beach's famous white beaches, Bluewater Bay is an amazing place to live and play. Our children have the best local schools to attend with many specialized programs. Residents enjoy many outdoor activities including vast green spaces and walking paths.
